World leader establishes global HQ in Kintore

A £40 million business which has grown to become the world’s most comprehensive abandonment and decommissioning contractor is to be established as a separate company with its global base in Kintore.
The new company, Proserv Offshore is based on the Midmill Business Park, but is actively looking for an expanded base for its worldwide operations, in Kintore. For the past two years it has operated as a unit within the Proserv Group.
“We have created the most comprehensive abandonment and decommissioning contractor in the world. We have a geographical spread from Australia and Malaysia to the Gulf of Mexico, with more than 200 personnel strategically placed to tackle projects around the world,” says David Dent, the Managing Director of Proserv Offshore.
