A planning application has been submitted for the construction of a new house on the junction of School Road and Castle Road in the centre of Kintore.

The new house would be to the south of Castleton the existing house at the junction of School Road and Castle Road, next to Kintore School. The new house would be built in the grounds of Caslteton on a 0.8 hectare site. Access would be from Castle Road.
