Recycling mess

Every year we make a deliberate effort to wait a week or so after New Year before taking the bottles to the recycling, having been caught out one year going too soon and finding everything overflowing.
So, today, we made our usual trip to the recycling beside Kintore School.
What a mess!
All the recycling bins are overflowing and there are bottles and cans everywhere.
I know Aberdeenshire Council will have been stretched by the road conditions, but this is now January 16. Could they really not have organised a recycling pick up by now?
The state of the recycling point is, quite simply, a disgrace.
