Plans were submitted just before Christmas for the demolition of the former Kintore Arms Inn function suite and construction of three-storey flats, fronting onto Elm Way, just behind The Square Hotel, Bar and Restaurant.

There is a separate application for approval to demolish the old function suite, which you can view by inserting APP/2019/2788 in the search.

Among the concerns expressed are the scale of the proposed flats, the increase of traffic that would result and concerns about parking.
