At its meeting this week, Kintore and District Community Council presented cheques to representatives of the Scouts and Boys Brigade to thank them for their work in helping to organise the Kintore Fireworks Display in November.

The cheques to both organisations were handed over by past chairman of the community council, Brian Johnstone.
