Plans have been submitted for a three apartment flat on a site at Gowanlea, Forest Road at the junction of Forest Road and Allendale Gardens.

The new build would be in the garden ground, on Allendale Gardens, at the rear of Gowanlea.



Comments, supporting or objecting to the development, can be submitted before Friday, November 24 on the Aberdeenshire Council planning department website.
