A planning application has been submitted for a new house at 10 Gauchhill Cottages, Kintore. The new house is proposed for the garden of an existing house in Gauchhill.

You can view the plans for the three-bedroom, two-storey house on the Aberdeenshire Council website and the deadline for comments on the application is February 25.
